   • All sales of Paper Money are final.

1. Supplies and Accessories:

   • Supplies and accessories, including coin holders, albums, and other non-precious metal items, can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
   • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

1. Packaging and Shipping:

   • Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original receipt.
   • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

   • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
   • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• All items made of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the item, including any applicable shipping costs.
