The prices shown on our website include our 3% cash discount when you pay by check, money order, cashiers check or bank wire.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards on orders with subtotals under $1,000. With credit cards you do not receive the cash discount. The cash discount is only for check, money order, cashiers check or bank wire.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes we accept PayPal on orders up to $1,500. With PayPal you do not receive the cash discount. The cash discount is only for check, money order, cashiers check or bank wire.

Which is the best payment method?

Bank wires are the fastest!

Depending on the purchase amount we recommend:

Credit Card for orders under $1,000.

PayPal for orders under $1,500.

Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check for orders under $4,000.

Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Bank Wire on orders $4,000 – $10,000.

Bank Wires for orders over $10,000.

Can I cancel My Order?

If an order is cancelled, bullion orders are subject to any market loss and a $50 cancellation fee. Any market gain remains the property of JCSGold.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you may return any order including bullion coins within 7 days. Product must be in original holders (not removed). Bullion buyers are subject to any market loss and any market gain remains the property of JCSGold.

How long are my prices “locked in” for?

If you pay by check, your check to us must be postmarked within 2 business days of your order.

Wire transfers must be completed within 3 days of your order.

Payments not meeting these requirements will be subject to cancellation at our discretion.

How long does it take to process my order?

PayPal orders are shipped in 1-3 business days depending on order history and amount.

Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks ship 10 business days from the day the check is deposited.

Bank Wires ship in 1-3 business days and sometimes the same day the wire is received!
